Dental Plan Change Effective February 1, 2012 -

Effective February 1, 2012 The Tile Industry Health and Welfare Dental Plan will be changing from the current Self Funded Plan to a PPO Plan with Ameritas.  Please view the letter regarding the plan change under the Health and Welfare section of this websit.

 
2011 1st Quarter Retirement Saving Valuation -

The 2011 1st Quatrer Valuations for the Tile Industry Retirement Savings Trust Fund were mailed to participants on Tuesday September 6, 2011.

To Navigate this site:

  • Click on a menu item above to go to that specific page of the site.

If you are a participant in the Fringe Benefit Funds, you can use your User Name and Password to gain access to specific data pertaining to your benefits.

To Login:
  • Click the Login link in the top right of the screen. This will bring up the Login screen.
  • Enter your User Name and Password then click on the submit button.
If your login was successful you'll see a new menu item named 'Member Information'.
If your login was invalid a simple message indicating what is wrong (username or password) will be displayed.
If your login has expired, please contact your Fund Office or the Web Master.
